1. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Discover
2. How quickly can I expect my order?
Order processing occurs Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm central standard time. Orders submitted after 11:00 am (cst) on Monday -
Thursday might not get processes or shipped until the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend and Friday after 11:00 am
will not be processed or ship until the following business day. To keep you informed on the status of your order processing and shipping
you will receive an email notification when your order has been placed, another email when the order has been processed, and a final email
when your order has shipped from our warehouse with your UPS tracking number. Shipping delivery time estimates should be made from the time the order is shipped from our warehouse.
3. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to Texas. All other orders are not charged sales tax. Yet, another reason to shop CablesStore.com!
4. What are my shipping options?
You have the option to ship your order UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS Overnight. Learn more about our shipping rates
5. Can I be sure my personal information is safe?
We utilize industry standard encryption technology to ensure your credit card information is sent to us securely.
Fraud Protection
We take security very seriously in order to protect our customers and ourselves from fraudulent purchases. We verify billing addresses, shipping addresses, and phone numbers on every order we accept. If there is a problem verifying any information one of our team members will try to contact you for further verification. If we are unable to verify your order information we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. We are constantly improving our ways of identifying fraudulent orders and will report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we can change or cancel your order. Please email us at orders@cablesstore.com to make a change to your order or cancel request.
7. What is your return policy?

8. What is the status of my order?
We have made checking your order status simple. Click the My Account link at the top of the page and login using the email address and password you set during the checkout process. From your My Account page you are able to view your previous orders and the current status of your order.
9. Is the product I want in stock?
We make checking product availablity easy by showing an in stock or out of stock message on the product page. This product availablity is updated regularly and provides you with an accurate indication of availability. Although we make every effort to ensure this information is up to date, there may be times when we are out of stock and cannot guarantee availability. If we are out of stock on your order we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
